“How Long Is Processing Time?”

Processing does not include how long it will take to get to you! Our working days are Monday-Friday ONLY (excluding holidays & Saturday/Sunday). You will be emailed a tracking number along with a shipment notification as soon as your package ships.

Regular Orders = 1-4 business days

”What If My Package Is Lost Or Damaged?”

Although all orders are made and packaged with love & care, things do happen. Once all orders are dropped off at the post office, we have no control what so ever of what happens to that package on its way to you. REMEMBER, we are not the ones delivering your order.

If this is the case, we recommend to immediately contact a consultant from the delivery service (USPS) for assistance in filing a claim / locating your order.
