Return/Refund Policy

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Shipping Orders

Orders that are being locally shipped (Guam), will be dropped at the post office on Fridays or Mondays depending on when your order is placed. Orders that are being shipped off island will be sent out on Saturdays or Mondays depending on when your order is placed. Please be patient when waiting for your package. Rune Cosmetics is not responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged packages. Once the package leaves our office, any issues with the post office is out of our hands.

Local pick ups

All local pick ups will be scheduled at the Micronesia Mall Payless Parking Lot (former bus parking lot) or Agana Shopping Center at Getglammed GU unless stated otherwise. Once you place your order, please dm @rune.cosmetics to schedule your meet. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, please follow the instructions and check available days/times for your preferred location (on instagram highlights or email)

Cash payment for pickup orders

If you live on Guam, you can choose cash payment upon pickup. Please see above for more info on Local Pickups. Please note that if you choose to pay in cash and your order is not picked up within 2 days of "Ready For Pickup" email, your order will be cancelled and products will be restocked. You will have to place another order for your products.

PRODUCTS

All glosses, skincare and cosmetics are vegan and cruelty free. We use organic fractionated coconut oil, hydrogenated polyisobutene, aloe vera oil, liquid sugar and vitamin e oil in all our glosses. All ingredients for our skincare and cosmetics are listed in the product description. It is recommended that you test products on small areas of skin if you are concerned about any reactions. Rune Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that may occur.
